Evolve Talent is partnering with a leading mining client to recruit qualified Electricians for permanent, full-time 8:6 FIFO maintenance opportunities across Western Australia.

About the Role

As a FIFO Electrician, you'll be responsible for maintaining electrical systems across mine-site and camp facilities, helping ensure a safe, reliable and comfortable environment for site personnel.

Key Responsibilities

• Performing electrical maintenance across mine-site and camp facilities.
• Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults.
• Conducting routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Installing, repairing and maintaining electrical wiring and equipment.
• Ensuring all work complies with Australian Standards and site safety procedures.
• Responding to breakdowns and maintenance requests as required.
• Participating in a small on-call roster component.

About You

To be successful, you will have:

• Current WA A Grade Electrical Licence – essential.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence.
• Current CPR/LVR, First Aid, Working at Heights and White Card.
• Full Australian working rights.
• Current National Police Clearance, or willingness to obtain one.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and ongoing drug and alcohol screening.
• Current residence in the Perth metropolitan area.

Desirable

• Current Rio Tinto site induction.
